30" 3 step with removable part hand rail

Rail.Dimensions: 18" Wide  x  38" Long (including the handle and wheels)  x  30" High (not including rail).
Each step rises by 10" to its full hight of 30".
The bottom step is 18" wide by 10" deep.
The second step is 18" wide by 10" deep.
The top step is 18" wide by 15" deep.
The PART HAND RAIL rises a further 39" above the top step.The PART HAND RAIL is ready to be mounted by you on the left or right of the top step (all fixings & instructions are included).

All the wood used in the construction of the steps is fully treated against rot and is 100% new.All joints are double screwed using treated screws.All joints are glued using water-proof adhesive.All critical joints also have 45 degree fillet blocks fitted for extra strength.

Unfortunately due to the VOLUMETRIC size of this step (handrail can be removed) the P&P is £80.00
